The electric charging station at the Landhaus Lodges Kaprun charges up to 22 KW and guarantees fast charging. The Keba P30 wallbox has an integrated 4 metre type 2 charging cable.
How does the charging station work?
We ask our guests to let us know if they would like to use the holiday home with an e-charging station for their electric car when making a booking. This allows us to reserve the parking space next to the station and guarantee a return journey with full batteries. We give a master card that allows our guests to charge their car. If you have any questions, we are more than happy to help.
Taking the electric car to Kaprun
Zell am See-Kaprun has a long tradition in transportation. The groundwork for this began with the Porsche/Piech families and branches of their design studios. Since then, there is now more focus on electric mobility. The region knows how important transport and clean energy tourism is. For this reason, Zell am See hosts one of the largest electric mobility trade fairs in Austria every year – the IONICA. Charging stations on-route
If you are planning a holiday with an electric car in Kaprun, it is advised you check where the e-charging stations are located on your travel route. Thankfully, the Austrian motorway Asfinag is equipped with e-charging stations of 50 KW, up to 150 KW and partly 350 KW, at 29 rest stops.
